The people in the St. Mary Corwin billing department are flat out jerks and somebody who have no shame in lying. It seems that these bas&^%$s derive sadistic pleasure in seeing the patients suffering from their mistakes and their lies.

My father has cancer, and the bills keep on piling up, and we were pretty used to this. However, the way the billing people at this hospital treated us was very awful. First of all, they were insulting and it felt that they were doing us a favor by giving the bills. Despite us paying the entire amount and getting a receipt for that, these bozos had the gumption to send us to collections. Imagine our surprise, when one fine day, we receive a call from the collection agency regarding a payment which has already been done.

I had to convince them that the payment was made and there was nothing left.

I have decided to shift my father’s care out of this place

Had a middle-of-the-night trip to the ER. The staff was great and provided excellent care. The doctor was a nice guy who was highly knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manners. He was very patient and heard what my ailment was, did a thorough evaluation and then once the results came, explained it to me.

He even included my inputs while designing a treatment plan. The nurses were also excellent. I would not hesitate to visit the ER in case of any medical emergencies

This hospital is 1000 times better than Parkview! Unlike Parkview, the staff here was very caring and friendly. This hospital was more welcoming and had warm vibes. Completely different environment from Parkview.

Though I hope that neither my family nor I need to visit any ER in the future, but if the need arises, then we know where to head to.

I have been to St. Mary Corwin several times over many years, and I have always received very good care. I think people end up complaining about the services because they expect too much and when things do not go their way, they get upset.

One has to keep in mind that the staff and doctors are also human beings, and even they have emotions so when you shout they would also end up treating you in the same way. Take a deep breath, explain to the nurse what your illness/problem is and then wait your turn. I always do it, and I always receive the best possible care.

Very happy that we have such an excellent hospital at our place
