St. Luke at Maumee is one of the gems of this area. They are very good. Give them any type of situation, and they can address it with aplomb. My friend was in this hospital for a mystery ailment that had forced him to stay in the hospital for nearly three weeks. The doctors did a wonderful job and thanks to them, my friend is on the mend. THANK YOU to the wonderful neurologist (could not catch his name) who was able to ascertain what this ailment was and started appropriate treatment. HIGHLY recommended!!!

This is an absolutely amazing hospital. It has given me the fastest and best ever ER service in my entire life. The staff was highly knowledgeable, very professional, and outstanding. Everyone whom I interacted with during my short stay was supportive, super courteous, and very understanding. Recommend this amazing hospital for addressing all your healthcare needs

Otherwise a tough guy, I was in the ER after an awkward landing rendered my leg immobile. I visited St. Luke's in Maumee, Ohio, to address my injury. The receptionist takes me in and then asks me to wait. After a reasonable wait time, it is my turn to see the doctor. The receptionist starts walking ahead without offering any support or a wheelchair. Maybe he did not know that it is very difficult to walk with a badly swollen ankle. I somehow managed to reach the room and sat there in pain. An x-ray and a CT was ordered, and the whole ordeal started again. I was forced to walk to the imaging room. The fellow even got angry when I was walking slowly. The imaging reveals torn ligaments, and I am made to wait for the treatment. During the whole waiting time, I was never offered any water or ice pack for my swollen ankle. When it finally dawned on them, it was too late. I was put in a boot and asked to follow up with an orthopedist.

The whole encounter has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I will think twice or thrice before seeking care at this place
