It was a quick ER visit. I visited the ER after a fall. I was in and out of the St.Luke's DP Hospital ER within two hours with appropriate pain meds. The time included getting registered, getting checked in, waiting in the ER, evaluation by the doctor, getting a scan, waiting for scan results, and then getting the meds filled in the pharmacy. Any other hospital, these would have easily taken more than six to seven hours. The quality of care was also very good. Very satisfied with the care that I got here

So, I visited the hospital with my paraplegic brother, who had spiking fever and was throwing up from the last seven hours. He was taken in very quickly and then after a reasonable wait, was taken back to the room. While being taken to the doctor, I was told that I could not go back with him. My brother was quite confident about dealing with the doctor alone, and I also respected his decision. They heard his version, came and talked with me, and then ordered blood work, which revealed a liver infection. A four-day ICU stay ensues, and then a one-day step-down unit stay and then we are going home. The staff took excellent care of him and never gave us a chance to complain. Thank you, everyone, for taking exceptional care of my brother. All of you would be in my family’s prayers

I had a terrible ER experience here. The doctor was not able to answer any of my questions and rushed through my evaluation. The front desk was rude, and so were the nurses. The billing was also very bad, and they charged me for certain services, which they never offered to me. Took it up with them and they did not know how it came in the bill. Despite admitting that they were at fault, they did nothing to address the mistake. Pathetic. I was happy that I was out of this shithole in one piece.

Super quick ER. I went there with my sister for getting sutures. We were in and out of the ER in 45 minutes. We were not rushed through. There was hardly any waiting time. We would return here if any medical need arises
