I visited the facility two weeks back, and I am very happy with the attention that I got. My daughter split the webbing of her hand after she fell from her bike into a ditch. We rushed her to St. Jude ER. This happened on a Saturday at around 8:00 PM. Despite the day and hour, we were seen in quickly, I think almost immediately. St. Jude has an amazing staff. They were very careful with my daughter, were warm and tried their level best to take her mind away from the injury till the doctor came and they succeeded. Even the doctor was great. He stitched her up pretty fast. The stitches were perfect, and after two weeks, there is only a faint mark on her hand…As a parent, I could not have asked for more.

Amazing Hospital!!

Visited around 4:00 pm on 2/22 and left the ER shortly before 8:00 pm.

I came to St. Jude ER seeking treatment for severe upper left abdominal pain... St. Jude staff was quick, caring, courteous and very professional. Within minutes of visiting the ER, I was triaged and admitted to a bed.

The doctor came within a few minutes. He was funny but very professional. He explained that I would have to undergo blood and urine tests, ultrasound and a CT scan to determine the cause of my pain. Everything got completed within two hours. The only time I had to wait was for results, which luckily showed it was only a muscle strain and abdominal inflammation!!

I am delighted with the attention and care I got at St. Jude's!!

I underwent an outpatient surgery at St. Jude two weeks back. I received excellent care right from pre-op to the very end. The staff was extremely attentive. Everyone – the surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses – came to see me and explained in detail the procedure I was going to undergo. They answered every single question of mine. They made sure that I was comfortable before, during, and after the surgery. I highly recommend it!

St. Jude ER sucks. They made me wait for three hours in the cold waiting room when I required urgent medical attention. The nurses were rough and super rude. They have a big attitude. The front desk girl can lie with a straight face. The security guard just wishes you. The only person who actually seemed to work and was nice was the doctor himself. Given an option, I would avoid St. Jude ER.
