Thank you, St. Joseph’s Medical Center for taking good care of my sister, who was transferred from a nursing home to ICU. They treated her very carefully but quickly. Had it not been for their timely care, I would have lost my sister. The nurses and doctors were very professional and had excellent bedside manners. They also respected her condition and age. Thank you

You cannot call this shithole a hospital. It is very dirty and completely messed up. The nurses are very rude and do not help with anything. They do not help with cleaning patients. The doctors rarely come to see the patients. It seems they are going through the motions to collect their paycheck. Horrible services!!!! I am waiting for the doctor to discharge my loved one. For any future care, I am planning to seek treatment at Westchester Med. It is 100% better.

My wife was admitted here for nearly a month, and she ended up having bedsore, infections, and rashes. The bloody lazy nurses did not clean her properly. They cleaned her once or twice initially, but later on, it was just a soak with a wet towel. No through cleaning. My daughter helped this 75 YO man to help clean his wife. The nurses are also completely ignorant about the stuff that is going on in the hospital as well as the various devices used for treatment. One or two nurses asked my daughter the names of a few medical devices and how it functions. A great example of how incompetent and useless this hospital is.

It is my pity that my insurance asked me to seek care at this hospital. Once Ann is discharged, I will seek care at a much better hospital, and if the hospital is not in the insurance network, then I would change my insurance. There were one or two odd exceptions in the hospital, few doctors and nurses who inquired about Ann and greeted us with a smile. The front desk was also good. Unfortunately, these are exceptions, and overall, this has been a very unpleasant
experience.

I agree that this hospital is not the best, but what makes this hospital stand out is the wonderful staff. I was under the care of an excellent team of doctors and nurses. They took great care of me. I have visited quite a few hospitals over the past decade and have never received such wonderful care. Thank you, folks, for everything you have done for me

I’ve visited the ER thrice, and every time they have taken good care of me. The ER team is a very caring and professional team and knew what they were doing. I had to wait for two hours once and maybe an hour twice, but the nurse always kept me in the loop. She also offered me some water. I am happy with the way I have been treated here. No complaints whatsoever
