My first visit to this hospital ended up as a nightmare which in turn made it my last visit here. Forget about first choice, I don’t even consider this hospital as my last choice.

If you intend to come to the ER in your own vehicle, it is better to get someone to drive you to this place because parking is a big hassle and by the time one gets a parking slot, it would be minimum half an hour. If you still wish to come here, give yourself an extra hour so that you can keep going in circles before you finally find a spot.

I would have put up with this had the treatment been first class. The staff working here – absolute crass!! They do not value anything in life and definitely not the lives of their patients.

It is better to go elsewhere, where things are in order and where people treat you with some respect and value your life.

I found the staff who took care of my mom to be all nice and efficient and I was pretty much satisfied with the way they took care of her. But all that came crushing down when they transferred my mom to another facility without taking prior permission from me or at least informing me.

I do agree that they would have done it in best interests of my mom but since I am her legal heir, they should have at least put in a word before they took her elsewhere.

I was completely infuriated when I learnt of this incident and I don’t ever want to go back in there or take a loved one to this place after what has happened.

My grandma has been here for over 5 weeks, admitted in the cardiology department. I love the efficiency of the doctors and their team work is beyond comparison but the nurses are a horrible lot.

I seriously feel they need to be a little bit more compassionate and kind to the patients they are taking care of. I found their carelessness to be ridiculous and I am not gonna take even a bit of it anymore.

I delivered both my children here and I found the facility to be decent enough. I was very well taken care of and I literally have no complaints about my experience here.

I do not wish to comment on all the departments but gynecology is good. The nurses are wonderful and they give you and your new born adequate care and attention. I was impressed with my first delivery and that’s the only reason I decided to come in here again.

I received proper care and my attended saw to it that I ate properly, took my supplements on time and slept well too. There was always someone from the hospital by my side to take care of us.

I am truly grateful to all of you for having made birthing such a remarkable experience for me.

I couldn’t have asked for better staff to cater to my needs and be by my side throughout. I was admitted here for a kidney transplant procedure and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well things functioned here. Every small thing was well taken care of and the entire transplant unit was well updated on things.

All of them communicated with each other precisely which made it easier for them to go about with things. If you have questions about something, they respond to you well and reassure you that things will go fine.

It is a great blessing to have such staff take care of you and look after your needs all the time. I can never thank them enough for their services.

This place does not deserve any good ratings or reviews for the medical negligence. To add to it, they are rude as well and treat you as if you are an alien. A friend of mine came in here after she met with a minor accident. Thankfully, nothing serious happened to her but she was badly bruised.

The stupid nurses who work here didn’t even seem to care though she had deep cuts on her hand. I don’t know how they manage to turn a blind eye to such things. When I arrived at the hospital, I saw her screaming in agony and I could see the fear in her eyes. She was pleading for help; yet that couldn’t move their hearts.

Totally ridiculous and absurd!

This so called hospital follows the most droll billing practices I have ever seen. They do not have the practice of running your bills thorough insurance and they end up overcharging you too for the tiniest of things.

When you demand an explanation, they act all confused and make all sorts of excuses in the world to get away with their fraudulent billing. Such money minded assholes…………………..
