I had a horrible experience delivering my baby here. There was just one nurse who was wonderful and treated me well, the rest were all bitches. It was a year back, so I do not remember the exact details of the nurse who was good to me.

But everybody else, including the doctor was rude, rough and really unkind to me. I don’t know about other departments but I would definitely not recommend anybody to deliver their baby here and neither will I go back.

I love the fact that the hospital runs on Catholic Christian principles and those principles are the basis of the services they provide. Everything here happens in a methodical and organized manner and not even once have they given me any reason to complain.

You go there; rest assured your treatment will be done at any cost. Their staff are the best I have ever seen and they do their best to make their patients feel better and comfortable as a patient’s well-being is their ulterior motive.

One can definitely bank on them and visit the hospital for top class medical treatments.

These people do not deserve any ratings for what they have done to my poor granny! DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL AT ANY COST….If you do, you will end up screwing your happiness. Let me tell you what happened with my grandma.

We trusted one bastard by the name Craig Hampton who works at St Joesph’s and he transformed my otherwise healthy grandmom into a brain dead person. This so called doctor withheld information from us and convinced us that she needed a surgery and there was absolutely no risk in it. It was later on we learnt that she suffered multiple strokes because of his malpractices.

The cardio department is a joke and everybody who works in that department- full fledged jokers. Please do not go here for any surgeries, especially not in the cardio department.

I was quite disappointed with the hospital’s outpatient and emergency departments. This place is not clean at all. We were here around 3 months back to get an endoscopy for my mother in law and we were made to wait for 4 hours at least. The hand sanitizing stations were empty and when I brought it to their notice, they did not even look bothered about it or take any measures to have it refilled.

While we were waiting there, we then decided to go to the cafeteria to grab something to eat but that was the most disappointing place in the entire hospital. There was some strange stink that covered the whole area and a few small roaches running here to there. The place has no hygiene standards at all and it was disheartening to see such lack of cleanliness in a Catholic hospital.

There is a lot of scope for improvement and I hope it happens soon.

The ER department of St Joesph’s is lifesaving. I do suffer from some severe medical complications and was taken to St Joesph’s during many occasions and every single time, I have seen them make efforts and take real good care of me.

When I go to the ER, it is always because of some kind of emergency and it is a scenario where I need to be seen immediately, if not it could cause serious complications and not even once have the nurses or doctors kept me waiting and delayed my treatment. Thank God they are there else I might have popped out long time back.
