St. Joe’s ER is a joke. They have some of the most ridiculous wait time amongst the hospitals in the region. The ER is very dirty; it seems like it was cleaned a few centuries ago. While the nurse was taking me for getting vitals, my shoes were getting stuck onto something on the floor. When I checked, it was some liquid which was drying. Besides being dirty, the ER facility is disorganized.

I was made to wait for nearly three hours before a doctor saw me. He was a cool guy but highly incompetent. He was not able to understand what my illness was and went ahead and wrote several tests. I objected to so many tests and got myself discharged. Went to a nearby hospital and in just one test, they were able to find out the cause of my illness. Won’t be back again.

My husband and I are touching 70, and with an increase in age, there is an increased need for constant medical attention. Our go-to hospital for all our medical needs has been St. Joe’s. It has never failed us in providing excellent care. The nurses, doctors, and every other person whom we have interacted over the years have been OUTSTANDING!!! We are pretty sure that whenever we need professional medical attention, St. Joe will never fail us

I visited St. Joesph’s outpatient surgery center for a procedure. The premises were clean. The nurses were good and very friendly. I was asked to visit at 7:00 AM. I reached the hospital a few minutes earlier.

The surgeon and anesthesiologist arrived an hour late. While the surgeon apologized for the delay, the anesthesiologist did not apologize and instead started behaving boorishly. She ended up over-sedating me. Very fortunate that I am still alive!!!!

Dealt with a caring and professional staff. This was my second visit to St. Joseph Hospital, and both the times, I have been treated very well. Did not give any chance for raising a complaint either against the medical care or other support services. The only negative point during both the visits was the food…it sucked. If that can be ignored, then this is the best hospital

Excellent surgical experience this week. Everyone was helpful, starting from the front office to the security guard. Every single employee whom I interacted with was professional and ready to help. The medical team was the best that I have come across. Ever ready to help and having the patience to hear me out and address my concerns before the start of the procedure.

Every employee treated me with great kindness and care. Thank you, everyone, for making my surgery comforting.
