My wife delivered our second child here. We are pleased with the care and affection we got at this hospital. The delivery nurses were excellent and took very good care of my wife and our child. The hospital food was also good, not regular hospital food. Thanks to the wonderful care they received, my wife and child were out of the hospital well before the expected day of discharge. Thank you, St. Joseph Medical Center for taking very good care of my wife and child

Not sure where to start….

My son was admitted here for a high fever. I was allowed to stay back with him. It was a visit to hell and back – my stay at the children ward. These guys were cleaning the carpets at 9:00 pm, right when the children were trying to sleep. The sound of these machines made me feel like an aircraft just flew over me. I could not believe it. As if the noise was not enough, the ward was swathed with lights. It shone through the see-through door like a spotlight. I would have preferred sleeping on the road or even the cold pavement rather than going through this torture. I had to request and even beg with the nurse to switch off some of the lights which they did after an hour.

I do not even want to say anything about the bathroom. There was none in the ward. I had to walk down halls to visit a bathroom whose state was worse than a gas station bathroom. An entire floor shared the single bathroom. It looked like the toilet was cleaned centuries ago. I thanked God when the doctor gave all clear, and we got discharged in the morning. The first thing I did upon returning home was going to the bathroom and vomit my gut out.

I would never come back here nor would encourage anybody to come here and seek treatment.

Visited St. Joseph Medical Center for the dreaded colonoscopy. I was amazed by the treatment I received there. It felt like I was visiting a hotel in the Caribbean. The staff was super friendly and very professional when it mattered. It did not get better than this.

My husband and I had a good hospital experience at St. Joseph Medical Center. The staff was very professional, yet caring, friendly and very helpful. The nurses were exceptional and were ever ready to help my husband. To be honest, I was not sure about seeking care for husband at this hospital after hearing a lot of negative things, but since the hospital took my insurance here, I decided to seek care here. I want to thank every single individual whom we interacted with during our stay there. They took good care of my husband. I would not hesitate to recommend St. Joseph Medical Center to anyone
