Horrible service. The doctors working in St. Joe, Bethpage have no idea on how to treat people or even diagnose an illness. These incompetent dickheads misdiagnosed me.

Moreover, they fed me meds, which worsened my condition. There was this one Indian doctor called Dr. V. Patel…never got his full name. He was pathetic. He treated me as if I was some shit. He did not pay any attention to what I was saying and was not even able to read my scan correctly.

This used to be the best hospital in the entire region, but no more. Trinity has ruined this hospital beyond repair. Ridiculous patient care! Racist nurses! Even the billing was horrible. These b******s sent me to the collections without even issuing me a bill or even informing me that was some payment pending.

HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I had to visit the ER on a Sunday morning due to an infection. I was greeted by a courteous nurse who checked me in very quickly and then took me back in minutes. The doctor was also very good, polite, and had excellent bedside manners. They treated me nicely. Very thankful to them. Great team.

Thank you, St. Joseph’s for everything you have done for my family and me. The past several months have been very tough for my family and me. I got double pneumonia; my son just escaped from jaws of death, wife met with a severe accident and had multiple surgeries. We all survived these problems only due to the exceptional care provided by a wonderful team of doctors, nurses, and other support people at St. Joe. They were superb and treated us like a family. The hospital has some beautiful angels who walked that extra mile to ensure that we recovered well from all our problems. All of you would always be in our prayers

Not the first choice, but still had to come here after an infection laid me low. The staff was very fast and helpful. They were also very attentive. Yes, the staff here is a mixed bag, but long story short, they took very good care of me and for me that is the most important thing. Very happy with the care I received here. Would not hesitate to come back again….
