I've been an in-patient in this hospital for nearly a fortnight, and I have nothing but praises for these people. Truth be told, never received such wonderful care anywhere else and I have been hospitalized quite a few times for my illness.

The nurses were amazing. Highly professional, they did a great job of taking care of me. The doctors were very competent and always kept my family and me in the loop when it came to my health updates. Thanks to the wonderful care, I was back in my home after a fortnight and am back on my feet.

I am from Florida and was here on vacation. Three days into my trip, I started having stomach pain, which was minor initially but became very severe and nearly incapacitated me. I come to this ER via ambulance. The ER team quickly got down to the task. I was taken in and then back to the room within minutes.

The doctor was a nice gentleman who very patiently evaluated me, ordered some tests, and then explained to me the results. A surgery is ordered, and three days later, I am walking out pain-free.

I would highly recommend this wonderful hospital to all the people who stay nearby.

I had the worst ER experience ever. The doctor was excellent and so was the receptionist and the security. The villain was the nurse on the second floor, Charlene. She must have the worst bedside manners in the whole world. She just does not value human life, forget children or elderly. I regret leaving my father under her care.

It is not just the patients, she treats the staff in the same manner – dismissive. She has a condescending demeanor. She was not shameful of her behavior. I feel sorry for the staff members who have to work with this b*&^h.

You will do yourself and your loved ones a world of good if you do not come or bring them here. Take them to Los Robles. You will not regret it

My wife had to come to the ER after she took ill and was throwing up and pooping blood. She was taken in immediately and then back to the room in seconds. The doctor was there when she arrived. A wonderful lady, the doctor had excellent bedside manners. She ordered three tests, and it showed the reason for her illness. Ann had cysts in her intestine.

Surgery is advised and is set up for the next day. The next day morning, the surgeon comes and performs a successful operation.

What impressed me the most was the nature of the treatment team. They answered all the questions that we threw at them, addressed all our concerns and most importantly took very good care of Ann. Very impressed

A pathetic ER run by a bunch of ba*&^%ds who have no empathy and are not humans.

My son had a fall from the bed and had a deep cut on his head. I rushed him here and was shocked by how they handled our emergency. They just did not take him in because they were not sure if his insurance would be accepted. I ended up taking my son to Los Robles where he got exceptional care.

St. John Pleasant Valley, you lost mine and my family’s business!!!!!
