This hospital can be described in one word: YIKES.

The facility is beautiful and would take your breath away, but once you enter into the facility, be prepared for the worst. The bozos who run the show here would treat you worse than a cattle. They would want to run numerous tests on you but would have no logical explanations for the need to undergo these particular tests. The less said about the customer service offered by the hospital, the better.

So bad was the care that I decided to leave mid-evaluation. It is better to spend some more on gasoline and go to a much better hospital. This dump is the best example of not judging a book by its cover…in the reverse. Go elsewhere.

Our first child was born here last week at St Francis. I could not find one negative thing about the facility and its staff. Our 7lb 5oz son was delivered through C-section. This was traumatic for both the mother and other family members, but the outstanding team had everything under control.

The staff at this facility is outstanding. Every single nurse, CNA, doctor, PA, support, even valet, were helpful and exceedingly friendly. Any question that we had were answered with requisite compassion and knowledge. All of our needs, including those of Jessie’s parents, were met by the exceptional staff. My family is highly impressed with St Francis.

I have had my share of getting treated by incompetent doctors, including neurologists and rheumatologists. I, unfortunately, had to spend three days in the intensive care unit at this hospital. Every single nurse across shifts was pleasant and attentive. The doctors from neurology and rheumatology were the best. They were accommodating and played a major role in decoding the mystery ailment that was plaguing me since the last few years.

I felt they actually cared about my health. During my stay here, I did not come across one single employee who had airs about themselves! I'm amazed.

I have decided to make this hospital my go-to hospital for any medical issues!
