My family was on a vacay in Greenville a few weeks back when my wife suddenly took ill. We ended up visiting the ER at 2:00 AM. Even at these ungodly hours, the staff took excellent care of us. They were very exceptional. Jen was triaged within 10 minutes and brought back to the room. The doc was beside us, and he provided excellent care. We were out of the hospital within two hours, very satisfied. Thank you

This hospital requires serious updating when it comes to the staff, both medical and support services. I was admitted here for three days. The stay opened my eyes concerning laziness. I thought only I was lazy, but these guys beat me hands down. I called a nurse as I was not feeling well and she came after two hours. I saw the janitorial staff only on the last day when I was getting discharged. I had to keep on reminding the doctors and nurses to do things which should be done without telling. A thoroughly dissatisfying experience at this place. I won’t be back in my lifetime.

I had a frustrating experience while undergoing outpatient surgery. I was called in at 7:00 am, but the doctor came at 10:00 am. It turns out that scans were needed, spent nearly three hours for getting a scan. By that time, the doctor had vanished, and nobody was able to get in touch with him. I had surgery at 7:00 AM the next day….a 24-hour delay for an outpatient surgery which should have lasted for only two hours.

It talks about the competence of the staff!

If you can go to some other hospital, then please go. When it comes to the competition of the worst hospital in the country, this hospital will beat the competition hands down. Pathetic and disgusting service. The staff is rude and consider it a waste of time to answer patient’s questions. I also have my doubts about their competence as well as that of the doctor. They surely hate their jobs and cannot provide quality care.

I left AMA and would never step back.

According to me, this is an outstanding hospital. I have not come across any lackadaisical approach by any member, well at least towards me. The staff took great care of me, ensured my husband was also comfortable, and that is what matters to me. I would return here, in case any need arises

My 89-year-old grandfather passed away at this hospital last year. During his final days, the staff took excellent care of him. They did not neglect his care. They made him smile and be happy and ensured that these last few days were pain-free. The doctors checked on him. The nurses were great and spent some time with him even when their shifts got over. They treated him with the utmost respect. The chaplain was also very compassionate. He passed away peacefully. Thank you for making the most painful days of our lives a little more bearable!

One of the best hospital that I've been to. The rooms and hospital premises, in general, was clean. The staff greeted me and treated me well. Friendly and helpful. The patients got good food. I received exceptional care…will be back
