The worst hospital in the entire Edgewood area. These guys are highly incompetent and least bothered about the efficacy and accuracy of their results. I had my blood work drawn before seeing my doctor. When the results came, my doctor and I were shocked. Except for the name, everything else seemed not so me….it said my TSH was very high. The LFT was very high, and the kidney numbers showed that my kidneys were failing big time. I am lucky that my doctor has been following me for the past four years and knew all the numbers. If he had not known me, I would have had to pay money for meds and treatment which I did not need and pay for many unnecessary tests. I had my blood drawn at another hospital, which showed normal numbers.

To add insult to injury, I called up the hospital to complain about the blood draw, and they were least bothered about it. The lady who answered my call very casually told me that if I was not happy with the results, I could get the blood drawn again. WOW!!! So much so for customer service. I will never use this hospital.

I have had a wonderful hospital experience at this place. I was under the care of some of the most wonderful and very learned doctors and nurses. I was taken to the ER with high fever, and severe body ache. I was triaged and taken back to the room in a pretty reasonable time. The doctor and nurses were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and ran a few tests, which showed that I had a liver infection. The doctor immediately admitted me to the ICU and started appropriate treatment. Ever grateful to them

The ER staff at St. E Hospital is very professional and courteous! They are very understanding. I had a broken shoulder, and the x-ray was not clear. The doctor advised a scan, I was taken to the lab for a scan where I told the tech that I have claustrophobia issues. He took great care to make sure that I did not face any problem while undergoing the scan. Ultimate respect

This is one of the worst places for getting any medical help. The clerks are very rude. The nurses do not care about the patients. After endless hours of waiting, the patient gets to spend may two to three minutes, five tops with a smart a$$ doctor who is not ready to listen to the patients. I wasted my time coming here.....
