I want to thank every single individual at St. Anthony, who was involved in the care of my little Abraham. Every individual was polite and very attentive. They took excellent care of my little Abraham. When we entered the hospital, he was crying inconsolably and was very fussy...the nurses took over and played with him and made sure he was comfortable before seeing the doctor.

The doctor was also an exceptional person and immediately put Abraham at ease. Abraham was diagnosed with an ear infection, and appropriate treatment was started. The entire visit lasted only an hour, but we never felt rushed through. Very happy with the way my little kid was treated

I am writing this review to highlight the quality of care and the cost of procedures at Deaconess and this hospital. I underwent three outpatient procedures at Deaconess in March. The combined out-of-pocket expenses of all three procedures were less than $1000. The surgeons and nurses were wonderful and explained everything to me.

Fast forward to last week. I had to undergo another completely unrelated procedure at St. Anthony. The out-of-pocket expense for this procedure was about $1200. The doctor did not spend any time with me and did not explain anything about the procedure. Even the nurses were not very friendly and were going through the motions.

What was worse was that the billing department was insistent on getting the entire amount in full. No breakup of payment, nothing. Completely dissatisfied with the way I was treated here.

Go to Deaconess if you want good quality care at affordable prices

I have regularly sought care here, and every single time, I have been treated well. I would agree that there are some people who seem least interested in providing quality care, but thanks to Almighty, the count of these people is very less.

The nurses and doctors are people who seem to be genuinely interested in providing excellent care to the patients. These folks haven’t given me a chance to think about shifting my care to somewhere else

I had to visit the ER for a minor emergency a few nights back. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I got in the ER. There was no laxity in care despite my emergency being a minor one. The ER nurses and doctors were amazing people and provided outstanding care. Very happy with the treatment that I got here
