Excellent hospital!!!

My husband felt somewhat uneasy in his chest and had little bit left arm ache, not pain, just ache, and we rushed here in flat 10 minutes. A day later, we are walking out happily, my husband whistling.

This is how it went… Around 3 in the afternoon, my husband complained of uneasiness, and we rushed him to the St. Anthony ER. The registration is done in a jiffy. He is whisked away and minutes later is undertaking stress test as well as several other tests, resulting in an overnight stay. Once done, we wait for the results. The doctor comes out and gives all clear. We got a private room and a comfy bed. The staff was attentive and very professional. Had a great experience. Would recommend visiting this place for any medical issue

My fiancée went to what was supposed to be a routine ER visit. But her illness turns out to be far serious than expected, and she had to stay for a few days. I rushed to be beside her. Have to say, the hospital is refreshingly different. They take very good care of the patients as well as the loved ones waiting for them. The room was clean. She was under the care of a very lovely nurse and a doctor who did not rush us. They kept us in the loop regarding the progress and plan of action. Once things stabilized, we were discharged. Not even once during our stay were we given a chance to complain. Highly recommended. Planning to shift my care to this wonderful hospital

WORST ER EXPERIENCE.

We waited for nearly five hours in the freakingly cold ER before being seen. Once the doctor saw us, we were asked to wait for some more time. That stretched to another two hours to be seen. Finally, our patience ran out, and I asked what was taking so long. The nurse very sheepishly answered that there were no actual beds for my husband, and they were waiting for it to open.

WTF…they could have told us earlier; we would have sought care somewhere else. I wasted seven hours in an f****ng hospital. Don't come here. Even if you are on the deathbed, you might be made to wait.
