I enjoy visiting this place for addressing almost all of my medical needs. I delivered my daughter here a decade ago, and I had a wonderful birthing experience then. Another reason why I visit this hospital is that almost all of my doctors’ are at Springhill Medical Center, so there is no need to run around to different places for getting care. Most recently, I got a test scheduled on a Friday morning, and it was done on the dot and I was able to go to my office without any problem. They schedule tests on weekends also which is absolutely great.

If you are looking for people who have empathy and some minimal characteristics of a human being, then you would not find such a person here. I was admitted here for a week and had to deal with a lot of forgetful people. My nurse forgets to get my medicines. I ask for another IV bag; the nurses forget to get the bag. I ask for the bedpan and guess what – the tech forgets to bring it…

Not sure if they were doing it purposely or genuinely forgot things. If they genuinely forget things, then it is high time they quit the profession, because a forgetful hospital staff is very dangerous for the health and safety of the patients. The customer service also sucks.......

I had an outpatient surgery scheduled last month. The staff was awesome. The nurse was absolutely amazing. Both the nurse and the doctor had excellent bedside manners. They made sure that I was comfortable during my stay here. Though I had some issues recovering from anesthesia, the nurse was there ensuring that there were no unwarranted complications. I am extremely happy with the quality of care I got here. Thank You
