I was asked to arrive at the ER by 6:30 pm. I arrived on the dot. The nurse asked me to wait for some time, which stretched to nearly two hours. Could not resist getting up and seeing what was taking these folks so long. Ended up finding that these guys were way behind, and it would take another hour or two!!! They could have told me about it. I am pissed off. Not planning to come back again!

I was at this hospital in May of 2019. I had what can be called excellent care. The staff, doctors, even the support services were awesome. The doctors and nurses were professional and knew what had to be done. They were able to diagnose my ailment very quickly and start appropriate treatment.

Thanks to them, I was disease-free for the first time in three years.

The finance department was also excellent. They were helpful and ensured that everything was perfect before they proceeded with the claim. This helped in hassle-free payment.

This is one great hospital out there. The staff is also excellent. I had visited the ER after meeting with an accident. My hand was paining, and the nurse got a pillow to rest my hand. She also got me a blanket. The ER doctor was an amazing lady. She got the wounds cleaned, ordered imaging, explained it to me when the results arrived and then provided appropriate treatment. Very happy with the treatment that I got here.

I would surely come back if any need arises

OB/GYN at Spectrum Health is the best. The doctor is a fantastic person. My fiancée was six months pregnant and had some complications during her pregnancy. The doctor went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that not only was the complication resolved, but her delivery was also done without any issues. Very pleased that June was under the care of such an excellent doctor. You would be in our family’s prayers.
