Worst ER. These doctors and nurses are rude and incompetent. I went in with a severe stomachache, and these idiots did not even order a scan. Just a look at my stomach was enough for them to diagnose me with indigestion. They did not even manually palpate my stomach. Gave me some antacids and discharged me.

Two days later, I was rushed by my wife to another hospital, where I was diagnosed with a ruptured appendix. Won't make the mistake of visiting this shithole again.

Staff at SMC-Mary Black Campus is truly amazing. They take immense pleasure in what they do and would not hesitate to walk that extra mile if it ensures that the patient is comfortable and recovers well from the illness. I was here quite a few times, and I have always been treated respectfully. They have never given a chance to complain. Their service is quick, and the quality of care is excellent. I am happy that we have such a wonderful hospital in our neighborhood.

The best hospital in the upstate. The nurses and doctors are super friendly. They do not overly complicate an issue. I had visited this hospital a few days back. I had a severe backache and based upon the location of the pain, the doctor while ordering for a scan started treatment for kidney stones. He was right; it was kidney stones. Now that is called experience. He advised me to get it out naturally and opt for laser only if it is very painful. I opted for the natural solution, and three days later, I was free of kidney stones. Very happy with the care that I got here

This place is filled with negligent nurses who consider it demeaning to attend to a call button. I was in the ER for nearly four hours and pressed the call button at least thrice in an hour, but not one nurse came to inquire. My IV was seeping blood, and I wanted a doctor to look at it. Finally, 90 minutes after I first pressed the call button, did an aide come and remove the IV. I did not wait to see the doctor and left AMA. This hospital is not worth risking your life.

Had my baby here. The nursing team was excellent and took great care of my child and me. Thanks to their excellent care, I was able to leave the hospital within 24 hours. I will return if we plan to have any more babies
