Took my son at 00:00 AM to this ER after he started wheezing, a reaction to his use of an acne solution applied a few hours ago. We were not sure if he would get appropriate care at that particular time. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care we got at this place. The ER doctor and nurses were terrific and did not waste any time in getting the treatment started. They were friendly and very professional. Very happy the way they went about with Nat’s treatment. Hands down, the best hospital in the entire Clayton county

I was visiting my fiancée when I had to come here with a severe stomach upset. I was nervous and not sure if they would even accept my insurance. The friendly faces and lovely smiles removed all the worries. The front desk lady worked to make sure the insurance was accepted. The ER nurse and the doctor were exceptional and ran all the necessary tests to find the cause. It turns out it was a bad case of stomach flu. An overnight stay ensues, and I am on my way the next day morning.

Very pleased with my treatment here. Thank you!!!

The worst hospital that one can visit. Cleanliness has passed by this hospital eons ago. Cleanliness is not the only issue. The care is always shitty. I would suggest sitting at home and getting cured naturally. It is at least better than getting killed due to sheer negligence. I went there with right leg pain and numbness, and I was not seen for nearly four hours. Once taken back to the room, I was seen by a completely clueless doctor who might have spent a minute with me and asked me to visit a specialist. He did not even order any tests…I wasted my time coming to this so-called “emergency room.”

Had a wonderful stay at this hospital. My nurses were excellent and very caring. Very attentive to all my needs and did not waste any time goofing around. Even the support services like the food service person as well as the housekeeping were nice and helpful. The level of care did not change when the shift changed.

The doctors were also fantastic and spent some time in explaining to me what my ailment was, what the treatment was and how to prevent any recurrence. I am going make this hospital my first port of call in case of any medical needs

I have been to some worst ERs during my travels across the country, but this hospital beats all of them hands down. I was here for nearly five hours, and it took them almost four hours to triage me. I agree my case was not a serious emergency, but an emergency is an emergency. What makes this hospital worse is the fact that the nurses are not around to help the patients. I saw nearly a dozen of patients leaving the hospital after waiting for too long. Finally, my turn and the doctor spent his precious minute with me and asked me to contact a specialist……It was ridiculous. I won’t be back!
