My girlfriend was admitted to this hospital for a fortnight. She had physical and emotional issues and needed help to address these problems. We really appreciate the care that she got here. The nurse, doctors, as well as other staff members, were caring, courteous, respectful, attentive, and highly professional. Thanks to the exceptional care provided by them, Sonia was able to leave the hospital both physical and emotionally healed. Very impressed. I will highly recommend this hospital

This hospital has been providing exceptional care to the entire community. Whether you are homeless or not, it does not matter to them. For them, providing excellent care is more important. I have been an inpatient as well as have visited the Urgent Care, and I have come back a satisfied person.

You do not have to fill reams of papers just to get registered and then start your care. The care and attention of the doctors and nurses had on me during the inpatient stay was exceptional. While I was in Urgent Care, they did provide me outstanding care. This hospital has become my go-to hospital for everything. I am highly satisfied and very happy with the care that I have received here

Communication at this hospital is the worst that I have ever come across. I had called up earlier and inquired about treatment costs as I wanted to see if it was affordable and was in my insurance coverage. They said one thing, and when I came down, I was told that there had been an error and I could not be given treatment at the cost agreed upon. I was like WTF…you make me drive three hours and then tell me that the procedure is not possible upon the agreed price.

No wonder why people hate coming to this hospital.

I had a good experience at this place. One has to accept that this is not the nicest neighborhood, and the staff has to deal with shit on a daily basis. Despite this, the doctors and nurses do not hesitate to provide the best possible care from their end. The nurses are very accommodating and friendly. I cannot remember the names of the few nurses whom I interacted with, but they were very good. All my tests and imaging were done in a quick and highly efficient manner. They were also concerned about me leaving this place alone during the evening. Definitely worth recommending.

The staff who attended to my father were highly unprofessional. He had been lying in his urine, and yet the nurses did not deem it necessary to change the bedding and the bedsheets. I also saw an idiot putting a hot pack on my father directly without any sort of precaution which led to first-degree burns. The rooms are shared so one has to endure all the cries and howls from the other person as one tries to recover. My father somehow managed the torture for three days and then got discharged.
