A quick and enjoyable ER visit. I had to rush here a few nights back after I woke up gasping for air. I was not able to breathe properly. My wife rushed me to the SRMC ER. I was checked in very quickly by the ER nurse, and after a wait of just 10 minutes, I was taken back where the doctor was already waiting for me. He ordered a scan, which showed that a small object was stuck in my nose…

The doctor removed the obstacle, and I was able to breathe properly again. I was out of the ER within an hour, which was very quick. Thank you for taking good care of me

SRMC should be shuttered!!!! Period!!!

The doctor who evaluated me was pathetic and a complete idiot. I was having spiking fever and cough, accompanied by runny nose. The doctor just gave me Motrin and sent me on my way. At least, she could have ordered some blood tests which could have showed the reason for the fever. She did nothing of that sort.

Long story short, I had to be admitted to another hospital for better treatment….

I will not step into SRMC again

I have no issues with the care I got here. It was exceptional. My problem is with the billing. These people got my name and age wrong, despite having the insurance details. Also, the final amount was way above the quoted amount. When I inquired about the inflated figure, I was told that the price that was quoted was for the procedure only and did not include other charges. And these guys have not included the doctor’s fees. I get shivers thinking about that amount.

Never again!!!!!

ER nurses are exceptional. SRMC should make sure that they get a hefty hike…they deserve it. I had to rush to the ER with my two-year-old after she was burning with fever and was very fussy and irritated. The nurses took over the moment I was checked in.

They spent time with her and played with her to make her feel comfortable. The doctor saw her after an hour (was busy with another emergency). The doctor was able to take determine the source of fever – an ear infection. Appropriate treatment was started, and we were walking out after three hours, with my toddler fast asleep. Very pleased with the care

I got excellent care on the floor after I was admitted for aggressive pneumonia. I was there for five days, and not once did I feel that there any sort of laxity in the way they cared for me. They provided exceptional care, and it helped me to recover quickly from my illness. Mighty impressed and highly appreciate it
