Great hospital!!!!

My wife underwent a surgical procedure at South Pointe Hospital. To say that we are pleased with the service would be an understatement. The care and attention that Rhea received were outstanding. The medical staff including ER, OR and recovery nurses, as well as the doctors and the surgeon, were exceptional. First-class and very professional.

They made sure that Rhea was very clear about the procedure and had all her concerns cleared before undergoing the procedure. The operation was successful. The recovery phase was also excellent and one-day stay later, we were on our way. My family would have no reservations in using their services again.

You people are very horrible and do not deserve to be functioning at all. Absolute lack of empathy. Disregard for the patient’s condition. My grandpa was rushed here after he suffered from an asthma attack. He was triaged quickly, and then things started going downhill. These idiots made him wait for nearly two hours.

Finally, when his turn came, they made him walk to the room. Have you not heard of something called “wheelchairs?” He nearly passed out by the time he reached there.

Grandpa was complaining that even after meeting the doctor and taking treatment, he was not feeling any better and wanted to visit some other doctor. We ended up going to Hillcrest Hospital, where he received prompt care.

This was an emergency, and my grandpa was made to wait for nearly two hours. It speaks volumes about your competency.

I had an excellent hospital experience at South Pointe Hospital. The hospital is lovely and is staffed by some of the most compassionate and well-trained nurses and physicians. I was rushed to the ER with a minor emergency. To my satisfaction, they did not discriminate and provided the same level of care which would have been given to a severe case.

My family and I would have no hesitation to return anytime. The parking is also hassle-free. Even though it is a smaller community hospital, the quality of care does match the standards of Cleveland Clinic
