My baby was born here three years back. Being a new mom, I was apprehensive about the whole thing and my mind was bogged down with worries.
My water broke in the middle of the night and I was brought in here immediately at around midnight.

I was taken in with a lot of warmth and compassion and the nurses did everything possible to make me feel calm. I loved my delivery nurse. She was very helpful and attentive and helped me immensely during my labor. I wanted a natural birth and she was so supportive of my decision rather than rushing me with the whole thing.

Each and every nurse I encountered was very kind, helpful and made me feel loved as a new mother and took great care of my new born too. I feel completely blessed to have had such an amazing birthing experience.

The place is very clean and they make sure their patients are treated well at the hands of their doctors and other medical staff. They ask for your feedback and how you felt about the whole thing at every single step.

While my short stay here, I was extremely pleased to be around genuine compassionate individuals with sound medical knowledge. The doctors and the nurses are trustworthy and one needn’t worry at all while being here.

I wish the doctor who I saw at this hospital showed a bit more of concern to my problems rather than dumping all of them on my being overweight. The doc who saw me at the ER was damn arrogant and he was fat shaming me the whole time.

I tried to tell him how I do watch what I eat and do my fair share of exercises too. But he was in no mood to listen to all of that. He was going on and on about how many calories a sandwich has and all of that crap. Finally, I was tired of it and stopped explaining anything to him.

I seriously wished he would focused on my concerns rather than body shaming me the whole time I was there. I got out of that place and vowed never to go back in there.

I was born in this hospital; although I do not have any clear memories of how things were then!! Lol!! Jokes apart; I was again here for two surgeries within a gap of 3 years and I had wonderful experiences both the times.

The place is clean and maintained properly, the staff are good and knowledgeable and treat you well. So, for obvious reasons, this would be my go to hospital anytime. I honestly do not have any complaints about the place and I feel nowhere else will one be treated so well.

If I had to give them any rating, I would have given them no stars. I have been to hospitals before but this one has the worst emergency ever. I had taken my brother in here because he sprained his ankle while playing a sport and was in tremendous amount of pain.

I suspected a fracture initially seeing him in that pain and that’s the sole reason I rushed him there. But when we got there, they kept tossing us from one place to another and took almost 4 hours for someone to see my brother and check what is wrong with him. I could not see anybody around, I am not sure if they were understaffed or what but seriously many things need to undergo a change there.

I am so furious with them for the way they have treated my brother!! I would never recommend this place to anybody. I am so sure of that!!

One of the worst mistakes of my life was getting my dad admitted in this place. the care has been the most awful I have ever seen and none of his procedures happened on the days it was actually scheduled and the staff keep on postponing it although it was needed to be done immediately for my dad.

But his condition was never a priority for them. They give some or the other excuse and keep postponing things. I can see for sure that they are understaffed and I pity those working there too but that does not mean they keep postponing stuff that require immediate attention.

I am never returning here with any of my family members.
