Ended up visiting ER of Siloam Springs Regional Hospital on Wednesday night at 1:30 AM after a fall from the bed resulted in a fractured elbow. The front desk did not waste time and got the forms filled in a jiffy. The intake nurse took me in quickly, and within 10 minutes I was being taken back to the room where a gentleman doctor evaluated me. He ordered an x-ray, confirmed his suspicion about the fracture and surgery was advised.

At around 5:00 AM, I was being wheeled into the operating room, my elbow fixed, and I was walking out of the hospital by 1:00 PM. Very happy in the manner in which I was treated. Thank you

I visited Siloam Springs ER with my father. I will be out of superlatives if I start describing how they treated my father. The staff was kind and did not hesitate to undertake every single measure that would have ensured my father got the best possible care. The nurses and doctors were wonderful. The lab and imaging techs were also very sweet. Thank you, SS Regional Hospital for the compassionate care provided to my father

Go anywhere else. Doctors and nurses in the ER do not have time for you. They will first make you wait for hours, and then there would be a quick eval. As if these are not enough, the billing department will ensure that you will run around them for rectifying errors which should not have cropped up in the first place.

Have been going around them for the last three months for some basic mistakes and these idiots are not even willing to hear me and address them…they are a disgrace to the entire healthcare profession

I have had a very horrible time here. The nurses and doctor who saw me were very rude. The doctor did not have any emotions or empathy for my condition and virtually declared me as a druggie and someone who should not be provided any pain meds. The checkout lady insisted on getting the payment even when I told her that my insurance had this hospital in their network. She was not ready to bill my insurance. She was unprofessional and very rude.

I will never step back in. I will also spread the word about this shitty hospital and ensure that people know that such a horrible hospital does exist.

My mother-in-law was a patient here a few months back. She received outstanding care. The doctors and nurses were great. Highly knowledgeable and professional, they walked that extra mile to ensure that my mother-in-law was comfortable during her stay. Case Management also offered assistance and evaluated her for rehab. Thank you, every one
