There are a lot of reviews across various forums which talks about long wait times as well as staff being very rude. However, I have visited this ER thrice over the past few months for different reasons and each time I have come back impressed by how the staff attended to me or my loved ones.

People tend to forget that what we are talking about is the Emergency Room. There is no set rule. So a person having a heart attack would take precedence over a person who has got headache or a minor cut. My last visit was exceptional, and the nurses and doctors who attended to me were exceptional. I am impressed

SVRM did an excellent job of caring for my wife. The ER, ICU, as well as the hospital team were outstanding in their care. They were compassionate, friendly and very competent. Each person who was involved in our care took time to help us understand what their role entailed and how it was necessary for ensuring my wife was recovering very well. The case manager was also very helpful. Highly recommended

My brother had surgery at this place a few days back, and the care which he got was exceptional. The nurses and the surgeon provided fantastic care to Bob.

However, as with other places, the wonderful hospital experience was destroyed by the billing department. The people who sit in the billing department does not know basic English and lack proper comprehension skills. These idiots cannot copy correct information from a Xerox copy. I gave them a copy of Bob’s insurance, and yet these bozos got everything wrong. How in the world does Robert become a female? This is f**king shit. This is not the first time that this has happened. My family cannot run around this just because some clown cannot get his basic things correct

This was the fastest ER visit that I've had. The staff was kind. They ensured that everything that was required to make me comfortable during the visit was done. I was taken in quickly, and the doctor was beside me in minutes. The nurses were personable. I was out of the ER in two hours with a hard cast on my ankle. Never thought I could get out so easily
