After spending about 90 days on a sailboat, my back and shoulders were pretty torqued. I decided to get acupuncture for relief. I had it once before and was very happy with the results. I met Bob. An amiable guy, Bob explained to me the process – what it entailed, why it is being done, and how would it benefit me. He also shared with me some rare complications which could happen.

Once we went through the various pros and cons, I decided to go ahead with it and got it done. Bob did an exceptional job with the acupuncture. He even called me the next day to check out how I was doing. Appreciate that gesture

If you have to visit an emergency room and you are nearby, then do not hesitate and just walk in or drive into this beautiful hospital ER. The wait times are very reasonable. The staff and the doctors are excellent and treat you very well. I went there thrice, and all three times there was hardly any wait time. I filled the forms, was just settling my bums on the chair, and here was I being called and taken back to the room. Highly recommended

I have not had a pleasant experience here. The treatment was good, but the attitude and the way the nurses behaved during the procedure and my short stay soured the whole thing. What pains is that I did not spend more than 18 hours, and issues cropped up. The staff is clueless about what is happening, and there is a breakdown of communication between the staff and between staff and the patients. They do not work as a team. They are more interested in bitching about others and why XYZ or ABC is terrible.

It was best highlighted when I had to talk with three nurses for discharge papers and all three feigned ignorance about me being discharged. Pull up your socks, folks, before it is too late

This review is for the visit that I had last month. I stay in Colorado and was visiting my son. I had to visit the ER to seek urgent medical condition. I do not like spending hours in the waiting room just to go through the formalities.

I was told about this place by my son who said to me that there is hardly any wait time and the care which one gets is exceptional. I decided to visit it and boy, was my son true. I was simply blown away by the attention which I got here. I have visited the ERs in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and AZ. Trust me when I say this, this hospital ranks first in comparison to the ERs in these states.

The efficiency, professionalism, and the genuine feeling for the patients were on full display when I visited the hospital. The registration part was done quickly, and even before I could sit down on the chair, a nurse came for my ID and then took me to get the vitals done. Once done, I might have waited for hardly 15 minutes before I was taken back to the room and the doctor was beside me in minutes.

The evaluation was completed in 15 minutes. The doctor did a thorough assessment, ordered necessary tests, explained the results, and then created a treatment plan. I never felt rushed and was very satisfied with the way I was treated.

It has been nearly 11 hours, and I am yet to see a doctor for getting discharged. I cannot believe that I stepped into this shithole seeking treatment. The nurses are the worst in the whole country. I asked for water at least ten times, and these idiots did not care to bring it. A security guard got it for me. My lunch was served cold. It seemed that these nurses were only coming to warm the chairs and collect the paychecks. Peggy was the worst of the lot. I am desperately waiting for the papers and once I am out, won’t step back in!!!!
