I gave birth to my first born here, in this very same hospital and for the first time in my life, I had a comfortable experience in a hospital. Everything went on smoothly with me and I loved the wonderful attitude of the staff here.

The nurses encouraged breastfeeding and did all that they could to help me with the process. I initially struggled a lot with the latching process but the nurses never gave up on me. I would find it really tiring but they never seemed to lose patience with me or my baby. Such wonderful lot they were and now that I am back home, I miss them like hell.

Thank you so much Scripps Mercy for taking such phenomenal good care of me and my baby.

Stay away from this hospital if you wanna save yourself from being humiliated and treated like garbage. I had a major accident but luckily I did not suffer much. I had a punctured lung and two fractured ribs but none of the staff, the doctors or the nurses were kind enough to me.

There were two doctors who attended to me and they were the rudest people on earth. They did not show any kind of empathy towards me in spite of the serious condition I was in.

Moreover, when I got back to my senses, I felt like I actually shouldn’t woken up in that room I was in because it was so damn filthy. I looked around and all I wanted to do was go back home but I couldn’t do that because of my condition.

And can you believe it if I tell you that I was given over the counter pain killers to supress my pain. I was in constant pain throughout and all of them gave it a royal ignore and let me go through it.

I hate them for the awful treatment they have given me and I promise, I am never going back in there.

A few of my friends spoke highly of this place and that’s the sole reason I turned up here when there was a personal medical emergency. I was real happy when I got a bed within 10 mind but then the slackness of the staff working there disappointed me to the core.

The waiting game started and it went on throughout the day. Things that were supposed to be finished off in a jiffy took forever and ever to be done with. They were not at all serious in treating their patients and would end up taking inaccurate readings and stuff. On top of all this, instead of getting the medicines for the patients, they would make the family member run to the pharmacy to get the prescriptions filled.

People here are not rude but they are absolutely clueless about their work. They can’t even give answers to basic questions properly. I am in no mood of coming back here for a treatment.

I do agree that it does take some time for things to happen around here but I am alright with it because I have been to many hospitals previously and here, they have the most wonderful and caring group of doctors and nurses. All of them are class apart and excellent in their work.

I do not mind waiting for sometime to get myself treated in the hands of such efficient staff. The process is a little slow but the people are all nice and polite and they make you feel good.

And the best part about the hospital is their food. Yummylicious and lip smacking!!!

I have been to many hospitals in a span of 30 years and this is by far the best one in every single aspect. Loved my time here!

The staff of scripps mercy know nothing about compassion or treating their patients right. I had a grand mal seizure one night and I was rushed to the ER of this hospital. All they did was keep me in for a few hours and then released me and asked me to go back home. I was in a complete state of confusion and disorientation when they did that.

I pleaded them to keep me in for some more time till I felt a bit better but they were stone deaf to my requests. They did not even arrange a ride for me back home or escort me to the outside in spite of knowing my condition.

I was angry and in tears when I was pushed outside like a beggar from that hospital but I really couldn’t do anything much about it.

That day, they put my life in grave danger by being so indifferent and heartless. I don’t think a human being ever deserves to be treated like this. Shame on Scripps Mercy for doing this!

I was here for a week when I caught pneumonia and I was well cared for here. The doctors and the nurses were very sweet and really nice to me. their treatment was also prompt and not even once did they deny or delay anything that required prompt attention.

I have never seen a doctor who is so humble and down to earth and walks that extra mile to make his patients feel at ease. I have seen many a nurses do that but never ever have I encountered a doctor with such pleasing behavior.

But what put me off was I was given a sharing room with another person who suffered from COPD and I dreaded that it could make my condition worse. I kept on telling them to change my room and finally after 3 days, they gave me a separate room. The food was definitely not great and I did not enjoy it at all.

I wish they paid a little bit more of attention to such aspects.

I was very pleased with my experience here and I loved the way I was taken care of in this place. I have had past experiences in many other hospitals and this was by far the best one.

One feels nice to be treated with professionalism, care and concern, especially when not feeling well. It was just because of the amazing care that I recovered so fast in this hospital.

Kudos to the staff…

Scripps Mercy is my go to hospital for anything and everything. I was born in this very place, I delivered my babies here and I underwent 2 surgeries too in this place. Other than that, I have been a visitor here too, who had come in to visit friends and family members on various occasions.

Never ever have I found something wrong here or someone complaining about anything over here. So, for sure I would recommend this place.
