My wife and I get our annual colonoscopies at this hospital. These folks are very welcoming, caring, and highly competent. They are professional. The RNs involved in the procedures have always been exceptional. The anesthesiologist and the doctor performing the procedures have treated us well every time. The thing which attracts us to this place is the fact that the staff has the patience to listen to us and then address all our concerns. We highly recommend this exceptional hospital and its team of professionals!

This hospital should be shuttered. There would not be a worse hospital than this in the whole universe.

Don’t waste your time by coming here seeking medical care. You would not get it. Doctors are least bothered about providing care to patients. My 8-year-old son visited this shithole and ended up receiving the worst possible care. The nurses and doctor did not even evaluate him properly. They rushed through care and ended up misdiagnosing his ailment.

Thanks to these nincompoops, Jeff had to be seen at Texas Children, where he was admitted for proper care.

This hospital is a drain on the local economy and should be shut down with immediate effect

I was here last month for a procedure. I have no complaints whatsoever. The entire procedure went off very smoothly. The nurses, doctors, and support services were great. The doctor and the nurses explained the whole procedure in detail and ensured that I understood what was being done. Very pleased with the entire thing and the attitude of Scott and White staff

I had to visit the emergency room after my car met with an accident, and my mother and I were injured with cuts and bruises at numerous places. The ER team took us in immediately and started the treatments even before the paperwork could be started. Once we were taken in and then back to the room, a thorough evaluation ensued. The wounds were cleaned, and we were taken for scans to rule out any breaks, etc. Once we were stabilized, the front desk exec came and got the paperwork completed. The scans gave us all clear, and by the end of the day, we were discharged.

Very happy with the way these folks treated us. I will not hesitate to return if any need arises

Guys, you could do much better.

I had to get a note for my work since I had reported in sick. It took these people nearly three hours to process one fu****g note. Their attitude sucked. They made it amply clear with the way they behaved that I was a nuisance to them….

Felt very humiliated….would never step in again...
