I drove myself to this hospital ER, as my wife was in Florida attending her sick mother. Nonetheless, right from stepping into the ER’s front reception area until I was discharged, I was always greeted with a beautiful smile. I was checked in quickly and had to wait for hardly five minutes before I got called into the ER. A lovely nurse with an impeccable bedside manner comes in and asks all the relevant questions and off she went. Great triage. Then the doctor walks in, has the same demeanor, helpful, friendly, and absolutely impeccable bedside manners. The lab technician was also sweet and helped me calm down. Excellent staff. The doctor gave a pain shot and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. Thanks to them, I am on the mend.

Beautiful hospital.

I went to the hospital with a friend who was having a severely upset tummy. I was very impressed with the quality of care! The staff is competent and very friendly. The equipment is new and by the look of it appears well cared for. I am very thankful to God that we have such a wonderful hospital in our neighborhood. Now, we do not have to rush to Tucson every time we have a medical emergency.

Terrible!!! Atrocious!!! Absolutely disgusting.

That sums up Santa Cruz Valley Regional Hospital ER for me. I believe one can get better service in a morgue. It's a real shame that technology either tends to make you or break you. I had visited this hospital a few days back. The system was encountering technical difficulties. The whole process took ages to complete. Added to that was the behavior of the ER nursing staff. They were of absolutely no help. It seemed that the staff had only come to the hospital for socializing and collecting checks. If you need real medical help, then go to Tucson. At least, you can save your life.
