Hospital staff was very responsive. The kind staff ensured that we were taken in right away and taken back to the room within minutes. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She checked my baby and ordered some tests which came back positive for pneumonia. Appropriate meds were dispensed and we were on our way. Thank you, folks, for providing good care!

My wife came here for delivery. She was in for a C-section, and it was performed by an incredibly talented doctor, Dr. Hernandez. The doctor and the staff did a fantastic job, and they were absolutely fabulous. Pam had panic attacks, and Nurse Crystal was her support during the entire time. Nurses Lisa and Linda also helped Pam a lot.

All in all, thanks to the wonderful team, the delivery process went off without any hiccups. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you

The valley is lucky to have such a wonderful hospital in the neighborhood. For a remote location like this, I think the staff is highly qualified, maybe a tad overqualified…

All things said, the doctors and nurses have the time and patience to explain everything, and they never rushed through the care. They made sure I was ready for the procedure and took care of all my concerns. Once the procedure was done with, the recovery process was also excellent.

They also have a patient education program; a beneficial program and they even check with you once the procedure is completed. In short, these people care, and that is what makes them different from other hospitals.

The only blip…some people need to keep their haughty airs about themselves in check. That in check, this is a hospital worth recommending

Have had the worst ER experience ever. The nurses were very rude and did not know how to treat a patient. For them either everybody is a junkie or a psych patient. I have visited this ER twice (a year apart) and both times had an awful experience.

My last visit was two weeks back. I had to visit this shithole as I had an unrelenting migraine. Well, the nurses initially refused to take me in because I had a wound which was mentioned by them as a self-inflicted wound.

I told them I did not need anything for that and I was here only for the migraine. Well, I was able to meet the doctor after three hours who gave me meds for migraine. The evaluation lasted just two minutes.

On the way out, the intake nurse again stopped me and said if I stop drugs, then I won’t feel the need to kill myself…..my response, “take care of your bloody business.”

I won’t be back…..
