I would never advise anyone to waste their time here because these people have opened this hospital only to make money and they not at all bothered about their patient’s well being. You are just going to end up begging for help and that’s it. Nobody is going to do anything to make you feel better.

No matter how urgent your situation is, please do not come here to waste your time. they are not going to help you and you might just end up feeling worse.

San Joaquin General is better than many other hospitals in the locality. There is so much of laziness everywhere else but this place is far better. Everyone here is always on the ball and they have no time to waste.

I would particularly like to thank my surgeon who did things beyond his duty to help me with my situation. It is all because of him that I am able to walk again today.

I will for sure appreciate this place for the rest of my life.

This is the worst hospital with the worst customer service ever. They will make you feel unwelcome and bring down your morale. You might be about to die but they still won’t help you.

Once, I sat there the whole day with a very high fever and I was not even called in to see a doctor. I sat there, had my lunch there, sat and slept in the stupid waiting chair and then after my long nap, I just came back home because by then I was sure that nothing good was going to happen.

Certainly not a place to come to if its something serious and you actually need help.

Please don’t come here………..

My dad has been admitted here for the past 4 months. He is bedridden and we got him admitted here because he needs round the clock care and attention. But I think I should have taken him elsewhere and not made the mistake of getting him here.

The nurses simply don’t care and the room maintenance is equivalent to zero. If you ask me, I think the last time they cleaned it was before they got him there and since then, no cleaning has happened inside that place.

The room stinks now and I am not even sure if they are giving him a sponge bath regularly. I have been trying to get him discharged but now they wont allow me to do that as well because they know he is a regular source of money without any efforts.

So horrible those people are! Please stay away for your own good.

I was at San Jaoquin in the month of Feb this year and I had a very good experience there. The doctor who took care of me was Dr Spencer Wong and
I have never seen such a dedicated and compassionate doctor in my life. He cares a lot about his patients and he makes it a point to speak to them and listen attentively to what they have to say while doing his regular check ups.

What I like the most about him is he talks to his patients and not talk down on them. I have never seen him get aggressive or rude to his patients. He keeps his cool at all times and is very good to his patients.

He is such a humble and a great doctor and I completely appreciate him and his services.
