PLEASE AVOID SAN DIMAS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL!

I visited this wretched hospital because I needed an initial wellness check for a foster placement. I waited for nearly three hours, but the medical was not activated. I was told by the social worker to visit the local ER as it would help expedite the matters. After three hours, a very rude doctor comes out and shouts out loudly our name. When we stand up, he throws the paper at us and says he does not have time for such silly things and I could just go to another hospital. It took me nearly 10 minutes to get out of the shock. What was worse, the fu*&^%g Ba&^%$d bills me $500. When I argued with them about this bill, they say the doctor has already seen us, and I have to pay the bill. So not only was the idiot rude, but he was also a liar and thief. I would dissuade everyone from visiting San Dimas Community Hospital.

My son suffered a bad hand laceration two nights back, and we brought him to San Dimas ER. I was pretty impressed by this facility. It was very clean. ER was crowded, but there was movement, and we had to wait for only some time before it was our turn. Can say we had to wait for maybe 20 minutes tops. My son was greeted by a friendly and professional nurse, taken to a very tidy room. She triaged him very quickly, and Jeff was seen as by one of the coolest ER doctors that I have come across. Jeff felt good, and we were pleased with his treatment. His doctor knew his way around, and he stitched up Jeff’s wound in a jiffy. Great job Doc!! He wrote an antibiotic and a mild painkiller. We were out of the ER in less than an hour. Excellent ER staff. I would definitely recommend San Dimas ER for all medical emergencies.

Visited the San Dimas Medical Center the first time. I had read about this hospital on various forums and was really scared about visiting this hospital, but decided to go ahead as I was in severe pain and this was the closest ER. I went there and had to wait for nearly an hour before a doctor saw me and treated me. The doctor was very patient, friendly, very reassuring, and knowledgeable. I went home with a reassuring feeling that we finally have a top medical center in our neighborhood.
