I hate Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, the ER staff to be more precise. They are the meanest and rudest people who have ever lived on planet Earth. They shout you down, do not answer your questions, and feel very offended when you point out deficiencies. These people do not introduce themselves when they come to the room and also walk off without informing you. A nurse mistakenly came into the room, talked with my nurse, left the tray on the table, and went off. I did not see her back till I was there in the ER…and I was there for nearly six hours. The only saving grace was the ER doctor. He was a gentleman and did a very professional job.

Overall, very friendly, courteous, and efficient. Had an overnight stay for ruling out any complications after overdosing on meds mistakenly. Saw two shifts, and the staff in both shifts were wonderful. They knew what they were doing. They also knew how to get things done. Highly recommended.

Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital provided great service. They treated my grandpa with the respect he deserved. They did not rush through his care. The doctor was a wonderful lady who had excellent bedside manners. She heard him out, did a thorough evaluation, and only then did she make a diagnosis. The nurses were also wonderful, and their care brought a smile on my grandpa’s face. Thank you, Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital, for taking excellent care of my grandpa. You have earned my family’s and my business

Wonderful!!! Quick and excellent quality of care. I came to the emergency room after cutting off my thumb in an accident. Every employee whom I interacted with – nurses, surgeons, doctors, and housekeeping, security guard – all were fantastic. Everyone played their part to perfection. Very happy with the way the staff went ahead with the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to all those who seek quality care from a bunch of very talented staff.
