We visited St. Thomas Rutherford ER, and are very impressed with it. I had taken my husband to three walk-ins, but all of them had misdiagnosed him, and he continued to have the same symptoms. As a final resort before taking him to big daddies, we decided to bring him here. The ER doctor takes one good look at him and make an accurate diagnosis and started appropriate treatment. He was admitted to the ICU for nearly three days and then discharged. Thanks to the doctor in the ER, Ronnie is on the way to full recovery. Thank you!!!! You would always be in our prayers

I am frustrated and totally appalled by the lack of communication from the hospital administration. I had some issues with my care at this hospital and promptly brought it to the notice of all the concerned people. I was told that someone from the patient advocacy group would be contacting me, and I can give all my details to them. It has been four months now, and no one has contacted me yet. It seems the hospital has these sugary words just to calm an angry patient down and once things cool down, they either forget the issue or sweep the matter under the carpet. Thanks to this type of f*****g service, I am 100% certain that I would be taking my business somewhere else. I would also spread the word about my issues and the lack of support from the hospital amongst all my friends and family members.….

My wife was hospitalized while I was traveling. Since I was in no position to be beside her, I called up the nurses and expressed my helplessness in being beside her. The nurses were sympathetic and told me that I could call in between and get the updates. I jumped at that offer and called the ICU nurses thrice a day. Despite it being an inconvenience to them, I never felt like they were trying to evade me. Their answers were to the point. Once I was back in Tennessee, I rushed to the hospital. I found my wife recovering well and being taken good care of. The staff was very friendly and appreciated the concerns I had because of not being able to be close to her. Thank you St. Thomas to taking excellent care of my wife
