I was at St. Francis Hospital, for my sister’s surgery a few months back. I would not hesitate to go ahead and say that this is the best hospital that I have been to. The staff is friendly and highly knowledgeable. They are very professional. I was even asked if I would like coffee while I was waiting for the surgery to be completed. Doctors, nurses, and surgeons were exceptional and even made sure to keep me updated about my sister’s status

The hospital premises is very clean, and there are functional bathrooms. The food is also good. All in all, an excellent hospital to come and seek care

Had a skyrocketing blood pressure, 190/130. The ER nurse took me in very quickly and then back to the room within a reasonable time. The doctor came and ordered IV. Despite there being a rush, the doctor saw me within 30 minutes, evaluated me, and transferred me to the floor for more tests and observation. The care I got on the floor was the same as I got in the ER - exceptional. The doctors and nurses were outstanding and took excellent care of me. Thanks to the exceptional care, I recovered very quickly

Nothing but praise for the fantastic team who took care of me while I was in the ER with severe lower backache. The nurses, doctors, and even the aides were wonderful and knowledgeable. The doctor had that extra minute to hear me out. No complaints.

My wife had to be rushed into the ER after she started complaining of shortness of breath. She was taken in very quickly. An x-ray was taken, EKG completed, and we were asked to wait. It has been six hours now, and her breathing difficulties have not yet resolved. There are no signs of either a doctor or nurse who could help her out. They did not even order oxygen!!! Unbelievable!!

She was fortunate. Some patients who are far more severe than her are sitting there waiting for getting triaged. Totally unexceptionable!!

Would wait for some more time and then leave if nobody comes by then.
