The staff at St. Agnes Medical Center does know how to treat its patients. They do not make you feel as if you are in hospital. They provide fantastic care and do not hesitate to walk that extra mile if it can be of some help. Everyone in the hospital is very warm and talkative. The security guard was awesome. Did not hesitate to offer a ride from parking to the main entrance. The guard also provided directions when asked, which helped me to reach the registration and the imaging center quickly. I will not hesitate seeking care here again

My father-in-law spent 48 hours at this exceptional healthcare facility. To say that it was awesome would be an understatement. For him, the whole experience was out of this world. The RNs, doctors, assistants, aides, etc. everyone played a major role in helping him cope through the rough recovery. The hospital premises was spotless and the institution was run very professionally.

Long story short, he was saved by the excellent staff working here. A big and heartfelt thank you to all those who were involved in his care!

I had reservations about an outpatient procedure that was being done at this hospital after previous bad experience as well as hearing certain negative things. However, the experience which I got at this place in June was wonderful. Nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, surgeon, etc. were attentive and caring. They explained everything and only after they were assured that I did not have issues with the procedure did they go ahead with the procedure.

Thank you, St. Agnes

Horrible service. I cannot believe that I have to wait for nearly five hours for getting seen for what is an emergency. I came here at 3:00 pm and the labs and imaging were completed by 4:00. The vitals have been taken, and it is now 7:00 pm; still have no clue about the lab results and x-ray. I am frustrated and fed up due to the inordinate delay. I work in the medical field and surely understand how things move, but this type of waiting is bordering absurdness.

This ER is a big joke. This is the place where you end up being treated as a number. This is also the place where the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. There is no communication between the patients and the staff. I have been waiting for nearly four hours in this near empty and godforsaken ER, and there has been no information from the staff regarding my status and when would I be seen
