I was visiting my friends and ended up falling ill after a night out. I was not willing to go to Urgent Care because my medical insurance was out-of-state insurance. My friends took me to Russell Medical Center. They checked out my insurance and said it is not an issue and proceeded with the treatment. My nurses were terrific and got all the details without making me feel vulnerable. The doctor was a wonderful lady and had excellent bedside manners. No unwanted questions, straight to the point. She heard me out, ordered few tests, and explained the results to me.

She included my opinion while creating a treatment plan. I was in and out of the hospital in an hour. Never felt being rushed through. I would recommend Russell Medical Center ER to all.

The only positive thing about Russell Medical Center are the techs and nurses. Rest of the staff and the hospital itself sucks!!! The doctor was super quick, hardly spent a minute and then called for a specialist’s opinion. The specialist never came. Waited for five hours for the so-called specialist to arrive.

The staff was also clueless as to when would the person arrive. Having had enough, I asked them to discharge me. I went to another hospital, where I was diagnosed and treated quickly. Never going to step foot in here again.

The best ER, ICU, and floor staff. My wife had met with an accident and was severely injured. The emergency response team was quick to attend to her and provided all the necessary aid she required before she could be operated upon. The operation was conducted by a wonderful team who reassured me about her health. The surgeon made it a point to meet me and said that nothing would happen under his watch.

The operation was completed successfully, and she was transferred to the ICU where Patty stayed for a week and then a step-down ICU and later on to the floor for another 10 days. Everywhere she received excellent care. The nurses were very helpful, and the doctors very friendly. The staff regularly kept me updated.

We are pleased with the way the staff treated Patty. Thank you, everyone.
