Terrible ER experience…I visited this wretched place twice, and both times, I was treated very shabbily. The ER doctors were nothing but bumbling idiots who had no clue as to what was ailing me and how to address the issue. Both times I went for the same reason. A severe headache which resulted in a numbing sensation and then sweating and shakes. The first time I was asked to stay overnight and then discharged the next day morning with a diagnosis of an anxiety attack.

The second visit was even horrible. The doctor might have spent less than a minute and diagnosed me with a severe anxiety disorder and gave meds for it.

Nobody thought of referring me to a neurologist or even ordering an EEG or any other scan. I had to request my PCP to refer me to a neurologist who understood my ailment and has started the treatment process.

Pathetic!!!Disgusting!!!! Won’t be back.

I am fortunate that I stay near RUSH and can always depend on it to provide world-class care to my family and me. The level of care which one gets at this place is unmatched. The doctors, nurses, specialists, support services, and even the volunteers are great. Always smiling and ready to help. I pray to God that Rush continues to serve the people as they have been doing all these years and become the best hospital in the entire country

My wife got an incredible experience here. She was brought here severely injured after being involved in a five-car pileup. The ER team quickly attended to her and ensured that all minor injuries and scrapes and bruises were cleaned and she was prepped for immediate surgery. The surgeon was a great guy and reassured my kids and me that everything was going to be okay.

The surgery was a success. Aby was shifted to ICU and then a step-down ICU and then a floor and finally to home. We were here for nearly 15 days and not even once did we get any chance to complain. All were wonderful and ensured that Aby was always in high spirits, and thanks to them she is now back on her feet!
