No words are enough to thank the exceptional and excellent staff of Rose Medical Center. Every single individual, starting from the valet to the specialists around, everybody is kind and compassionate. They treat you as a human being. For them, you are not just another number or another patient. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a baby here a few days back, and it was a wonderful birthing experience. The rooms are big and modern, the food service is fantastic, and the parking is free too!!!! If you ask me, this is the best place to have babies

This hospital can be divided into two parts….the actual care and the BILLING

The care was wonderful, and I was pleased with the way the nurses and doctors handled my care. The sucker punch came after the treatment.

The billing department has some of the AWFUL billing practices one could ever find. I had a somewhat pricey bill and decided to use their online system for setting up a payment plan. This has allowed me to pay their bills promptly.

However, the folks who staff the billing department are the worst people. They have zero manners and do not know ABC of customer service. Despite me paying the bills promptly, I got many nasty mails, which has now progressed to nasty calls. This is nothing but harassment. The people who call are rude and act like greedy vultures. I am planning to complete all the payments pending and then cut off all the ties with this medical center.

If you have a better option, then would suggest opting for it…these people are destroying all the reputation that the medical staff had so audaciously built with their excellent care….

Rose Medical Center is an extraordinary institution. The healthcare professionals who run the show here are wonderful angels who know to treat a person. My husband was misdiagnosed at another hospital which resulted him getting a severe kidney infection and brought him dangerously close to death.

His care was transferred here, and the medical team worked their asses off to first get the infection under control and then worked on preventing a recurrence. Thanks to their wonderful treatment, my husband is now alive and kicking. Rose Medical Center has got angels on its rolls. Thank you to all those people who were involved my husband’s care
