I delivered my kids here nearly six years apart. The St. Francis Hospital is very respectful and classy. The staff has been very helpful and loving. They are also highly professional and very knowledgeable. Having a child here is an amazing experience, and in case we plan on having another one, then this is the place we are going to come to for delivery. Besides the excellent staff and the wonderful doctors, two other major attractions of this hospital are the lounge area and the café. They are excellent. The chapel is also sincerely wonderful. Three cheers to this amazing hospital

This hospital sucks big time. I had planned my delivery here after hearing some wonderful stories about this place and thought it would be great to have a child at this place. A Big Mistake on my part. The only two people who were helpful to me was the pediatrician and the delivery nurse. I think the main motto of doctors in this place is to make the life of patients as unbearable as possible. An example of this was the doctor who was supposed to deliver my child. Just before the delivery, she vanished, leaving my care in the hands of another doctor. Life after delivery was also miserable. Every single nurse whom we met after my delivery had a completely different answer to our questions. They lied when we asked some basic things like when to breastfeed the child or when would we be discharged. I sincerely pray and hope no mother goes through what we had to go through. AVOID THIS PLACE

I had a great experience at St. Francis Hospital. I had visited the ER with a severe stomach ache and an accompanying fever. The ER doctor conducted some tests and diagnosed me with pancreatic infection. I was transferred to the ICU where care was started immediately. The nurses, staff, and doctors were outstanding. They were very caring, jovial, and treated me with respect for the entire length of my stay at the hospital. They truly care. Everything moved like a well-oiled machine here, and I was comfortable during my stay here.

Coming to the hospital, it is very beautiful and clean. I request the hospital administration to keep the hospital as clean as possible. I'd recommend Roper St. Francis Hospital for any needs! Not just emergencies, but other departments also…
