I have visited this hospital ER two to three times, and I have still not been able to get a handle on their billing practices. These guys allot different account numbers to different departments, and each department sends a separate bill. So what, you might ask. It is a common practice.

These folks change the number every single day. Only the hospital billing team and the departments can decipher the bill. It is very difficult to make payments and keep track. You might pay the amount, and they might settle it with one department and send the bill of the remaining departments to collections — complete mismanagement. The care is good, but all the efforts come to naught with these messed up billings.

This is an excellent hospital during the daytime. However, avoid this hospital during evening hours and night time. The nurses are rude, and they rush you. I had gone there with a severe stomachache, and all they did was see the chart and then prescribe Motrin. I was very worried about kidney stones, so I asked the doctor if that could be a cause. The doctor was very angry and very rudely asked me to give a urine sample. Once done, the staff asked me to take a cab home as I should not be driving. WOW!!!! It is 1:15 in the morning. I said I am okay and drove back in my own vehicle. The next day, I visit another ER where they conduct an x-ray which shows kidney stones in the left kidney…

I would never step my foot in again at this hospital

Nurses, doctors, and the staff at Rockville General Hospital are friendly and very efficient. The ER has a reasonable wait time. One need not wait for long even for test results. I will not hesitate to say that this is a hidden gem! Worth giving a try for medical needs

We had very recently shifted to this part of the woods and had not yet established care with any physicians. Yesterday, my wife started developing a spiking fever, and we rushed her to this ER. The nurses, right from check-in to discharge, were excellent. They took her in and then back to the room, and the doctor was beside her in a matter of seconds. The doctor was able to find the cause of the fever. A spider bite which had swollen and become infected. The doctor addressed the infection and gave necessary meds for the fever. They advised an overnight stay just to make sure that there was no unforeseen complication. The stay was comfortable, and the today morning, the doctor came, evaluated her, was satisfied, and then discharged her. Very happy and satisfied with the care that we got here

One helluva place. The nurses and doctors are excellent. They do not hesitate to go way above and beyond to satisfy the patient. I stayed there for a week, and these folks did not give me even a single chance to complain. Excellent care. Would highly recommend this hospital
