Please do not do it. Do not come here…I beseech all those who plan to visit Resolute Health Hospital. The facility might be new and very pretty on the outside, but that is where all good things end. You might think that the hospital or the ER might be in your network, but dear friends, the doctors are not, and I learned it a very hard way. One has to pay money for highly incompetent care that these nincompoops offer. I had gone with an allergic reaction, and the bozo in the ER misdiagnosed my symptoms and treated me for something else, which resulted in severe reaction and a 10-day admission to ICU at another facility. The doctor also had the gumption to send his bill. The f****ng shithead charged me $500 for the time he spent with me, which was five minutes. I won’t be back here at all.

Went to Resolute Health to sit with a family member while her husband was getting operated. The thing which struck me the most as an outsider was the cleanliness and the volunteers. The hospital is so clean that one can eat from the floor itself. Secondly, the volunteers at the hospital take you to the place where you intend to go. They do not just give direction. They take you there. It is very refreshing and very impressive.

I was inpatient at Resolute Health for four days and got one of the best possible care from the outstanding staff. The nurses were very friendly, caring, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. My doctor was an excellent lady who was there whenever I needed any help. The facility was very clean, and so was my room.

The building looks very beautiful, and there are no two ways about it. However, this beauty is only skin deep. This hospital is an embarrassment to the community. After the building was built, Baptist seems to have tightened the purse strings and avoided staffing it. The staff who is serving the patients are so overwhelmed by the heavy patient load that they are not able to take proper care of their patients. I waited for three hours at this place with my son, who was in terrible pain and doubling over. I could not take it any longer and just left. I went to another Urgent Care Clinic, where he was seen in minutes, and the appropriate treatment was started.

Please avoid this hospital.

The ER team took excellent care of my wife. The doctor and the FNP were great. Both had excellent bedside manners and did not rush her at all. The nursing care was exceptional. The entire staff was courteous and friendly. Great customer service. The staff kept us updated about her progress and ensured that we were taken good care of while we waited for her to come out of the treatment room
