I was treated by an outstanding ER staff! The nurses were excellent; very professional, highly knowledgeable, and ready to help. The doctor was an amazing guy. He asked many relevant questions (I am not sure if my PCP has asked me these many questions) and did a thorough evaluation. This is my first time, but the staff treated me as if I am a regular. Besides the wonderful staff and exceptional care, what impressed me the most was that even though the ER was full, there was a good flow of patients. Despite the rush and numerous emergencies, my visit lasted only two hours, right from walking in till filling the meds and walking out…..

These idiots misdiagnosed me. I had visited the ER with severe left-sided stomach pain. The doctor did not order an x-ray or other imaging studies and diagnosed me with a ruptured appendix. I tried to knock sense into him and said that I was having a left-sided pain and I have no symptoms of a ruptured appendix, but it was to no avail. He was adamant and was proceeding to set up surgery. I was like WTF…I did not give you my consent for the operation. I got myself discharged and visited another hospital where they made a proper diagnosis and gave appropriate treatment.

I had to visit this hospital at least thrice this year for different reasons. While the nurses and doctors changed, what remained constant was the quality of care. It was exceptional every single time. I even had surgery, and the care during that time was also outstanding. The entire hospital staff is exceptional – friendly souls, highly knowledgeable, very professional, and very attentive to the needs of patients. All of them would walk that extra mile if it made you smile. Thank you, everyone, for taking good care of me

I was a patient of this hospital a few years back. I had gone to the hospital for chest pain, and I was found to have a two-vessel block. The ER doctor helped in setting up a cardiac surgery, which was done by an amazing doctor who looked more like a guy next door than a senior surgeon. He was friendly, jovial, cracked jokes, and kept in touch with me till the time I was in the hospital. Thanks to his care, I have been problem-free for the past five years now
