My girlfriend was at Rancho for a spinal cord injury. She worked with speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy, and she loved it very much. As a whole, we had a wonderful experience. There were some minor issues like the rudeness of the security guard, but we could overlook those as we got some of the best possible care. This happened in January 2018, and I am not sure if these services are still available, but when they were there, it was excellent. Taking this opportunity to thank everyone who was involved in my girlfriend’s care. Thanks to them, she has recovered to a great extent (can say 95%...rest will come slowly)

The hospital is good, but it is full of thieves. They might not steal money or any jewelry, but your clothes or anything of importance is not safe here. The staff is wonderful and highly knowledgeable. The staff is also friendly. The PT/OT did a wonderful job, and thanks to them, my daughter is recovering very quickly. I might have loved this rehab center very much, but for the theft. This is not a one-off case. Previously also there was theft of my daughter’s blankets and clothes. Even though the staff is good, I cannot forgive them for siphoning of my baby’s blankets.

Highly incompetent staff. The staff does not follow the medication regimen, which is prescribed by specialists. They constantly keep on mixing up medication or give wrong medications. My father had come here for rehab and was under strict instructions to not change or reduce the medications. My wife is a doctor and used to check with him. She used to be aghast by the kind of errors these people would make. She had to constantly remind them that these medication dosages should not be changed. They always had an excuse that the doctor or the specialist or the nurse told to reduce the dose. Monica would end up called the concerned people on whether they have given instructions, and obviously, they hadn't. It is really a miracle that my father survived here. This is the joke of a place. I do not know what could have happened to my dad if Monica had not caught those errors. Avoid this place at all cost.

Staff at Rancho Rehab Center is fantastic! They perfectly designed a program which enabled my mother to recover from her bilateral strokes. Thanks to the program, she was able to avoid muscle wastage, which is a common thing in strokes. The nurses and therapists were incredible, accommodating, helpful, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. Very happy that I brought my mother to this place

This review is for the outstanding treatment that my wife got at the inpatient rehab center of Rancho Los Amigos in 2010. The therapists and nurses were very helpful. They were amazing. She had suffered brain aneurysm and was unable to speak anything. She was referred to this place by our PCP and just after spending a fortnight here, she started talking. Thought it was not fluent, but the words that came out her mouth were music to our ears. The speech therapist was outstanding. The PT people were also fantastic. I am not sure if the situation has changed now due to ongoing budgetary cuts everywhere, but we can say the team which worked with her were angels. Folks, wherever you are, all of you would always be in our prayers
