This review is only for the lab. I went in for a blood draw at the lab. The service was prompt, and the good thing was that the phlebotomist knew the art of drawing blood. Thank God, I did not receive any bruises while my blood was being drawn.

I delivered my son at PRH in 2017. It was an amazing birthing experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and very friendly. The hospital gave me a hotel feeling. Patients had a menu to order from whenever hungry. Partners/spouses had access to drinks (stuff like soda, etc.) from a refrigerator present in the hall. They also had a wonderful arrangement for the partner if they decided to stay overnight. It was a completely amazing experience and nothing like we had experienced in other regional hospitals. I would highly recommend PRH. I am hooked to it for life and have bluntly told my husband that I would not go to any other hospital.

A great hospital and a great team to run it. I have frequented the ER quite a few times, and every time they have treated me well. Maybe once or twice, I might have heard a rude tone, but then one can understand since there was a heavy rush of patients during that time. I went as recently as three days back for a test ordered through a specialist. The specialist’s staff blew me away with their service. Staff at PRH know their stuff! Come here if you wish to have quality care

I had a really awful experience when I visited Pullman Regional Hospital. These guys lack civility, and I seriously doubt if they know what they are doing. Doctors are ready to bite your head off when you ask them some questions related to your ailment. For them, you are just a number, and they are least bothered about your health. Save yourself time and money and avoid PRH. Go to a much better hospital in the neighborhood. Trust me; you will not regret it
