I am a doctor myself and I happened to visit the ER of this hospital because I was on a visit this side and had an emergency. When I stepped inside this place, I was ashamed of it and this place is nothing short of an embarrassment for someone like me who is in the medical profession.

I was shocked to see such sorry state of affairs of this place. There was mismanagement everywhere and I don’t think this place even deserves to be called a hospital or a medical centre.

People do not know the true meaning of being in the medical field and they are all slipshod with what they do. Such carelessness could cost a patient his/her life.

I can only pity this place and people who have no option but to come here.

I do not have a very high opinion of the doctors working here but the nurses are fantabulous. God bless them all!!! The staff who work here have genuine concern for their patients, except the doctors and that’s what I loved about them.

As I write this, I feel I wouldn’t have recovered so well had I not been looked after so amazingly well by the nurses here. I will definitely return to this place if at all I have to and all credits go to the nurses. All of them should be given a major increment.

I have worked as a paramedic for a long time now and for very obvious reasons, I do not like hospital visits; rather I despise them. But unfortunately, I had to step into this place because of some back problems and ultimately the doctor told me that I needed to undergo a surgery for the same.

I was definitely not looking forward to it and tried everything in my capacity to avoid the surgery taking place. But things did not go as I expected and finally I had to give in.

I did not expect things to go smooth at the hospital as I had only heard bad things about the place but I was pleasantly surprised when I witnessed things happening to me which were the right opposite of the impression I had of this hospital.

I had a wonderful experience right from the time of admission to the pre-operative, during the surgery, the post operative time till the moment they discharged me. I am a lonely man in my 70s and I think while I was at the hospital, I had one of my best times. I know nobody says this while they are admitted in a hospital. But if someone does, rest assured; they were well taken care of by the hospital staff.

I think I am really lucky to have found that right hospital for myself!! I know age is catching up and it is highly likely that I will have to go to a hospital again and guess what!! I am only coming here and going nowhere else.

I received reasonably good care here but the hospital bills came as a shock to me. This hospital has the most corrupt billing department I have ever encountered in my life.

They will charge you heavily and when you demand for an explanation, there will be no one to give you that and but ultimately someone will promptly come over to your place for collections. Such horrible and fraudulent people I tell you!!!

I get jitters when I think about my visit to this filthy place!! The incident took place a month ago and I am yet to get over the way I was treated. It was just a small issue but their negligence made me suffer for days on end. I had a small yet deep cut on my little finger which was taking a very long time to heal.

Once I realized I needed to meet a doctor to sort this out, I opted to go to Providence Tarzana. I think that was one of the gravest mistakes I ever made. They made a mess out of the whole thing and now I have an infection in that area accompanied by fever and shivers. Finally I had to be admitted there but no specialist even came in to check on me.

And then came the worse!!! I was treated like crap by the nursing staff while I was admitted there. I was lied to, spoken rudely to and people who couldn’t take care of the place’s surroundings and its cleanliness went on to call me irrational.

This place demeans its patients and I would sincerely advise no one to go in there.

The only thing I liked about this hospital was the food it served its patients. I was admitted here for almost 3 weeks and not even on a single day, the food was bad. Every meal I ate here was spectacular. And they had this special way of serving their meals; I felt I was in a restaurant rather than a hospital.

But other than this plus side; everything else seemed a negative to me. There are no doctors to attend to you and the nurses who are the only ones who attend to you are rude and disrespectful. Some are capable of making you cry too.

There is no order and nothing that goes on there happens in a systematic manner. I was fed up being admitted there and the food they brought me was my only solace.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews this place has, keeping in mind the good I experienced in this place. I was at this hospital very recently for my kidney stone surgery and I found the place to be very well maintained and the staff were at their best to us.

I had no issues at all from the time to admission to my discharge. My pre and post op were taken care of very well. the nurses were very friendly and sweet to me and went out of the way to make me feel comfortable.

I am glad I was in good hands which helped me recover well being all happy and peaceful.

They definitely do not know how to take care of their patients. I got a severe cut on my leg while I was gardening and my daughter rushed me to this god forsaken place. I was bleeding profusely and all they asked me to do was sit and wait….I mean how much more ridiculous can things become!!!

The most uncaring nurses on earth have chosen to work here. It seems there were people with flu who had come before me; so I have to wait. What kind of a reasoning was that supposed to be!!! They have no sense of emergency and no capacity to gauge a situation and treat patients accordingly.

I got out from that place and went to Olive where they immediately took care of me!
