This review is specifically for the most amazing Emergency Room in this part of the woods. I had wonderful experience here. This ER is manned by some of the most exceptional people. The staff is courteous, helpful, kind, professional and highly knowledgeable. The ER doctor was a wonderful guy who had excellent bedside manners.

He explained my illness to me and even explained the test results when they were available. My nurse was exceptional. She made me feel well cared for. I would say that our community is blessed and lucky to have such a fantastic hospital in our neighborhood.

I do not know what the issue with the ED is because every time I come here, I am told that I would have to wait as the doctor is running behind schedule.

The story repeated itself when I went a few days back. I was there at 4:00 pm, and there was not much rush in the ER, can say hardly five to six people. I felt happy and was hoping that I would be walking out pretty soon. All hopes came crashing down when the nurse told that the doctor, as usual, was behind schedule, and I might have to wait for some time…I was finally called back after four hours. Arrrgh!!! I have no hesitation in saying this is one of the worst managed ER that I have ever come across, and I am not sure if it is going to change anytime soon.

I am planning to take my business to St. Vincent’s…do not want to waste my time and money here

Providence Newberg is a great hospital, and the staff that runs the show is amazing, especially the birthing center.

My wife recently delivered our twins here, and she got the best experience ever. The doctors were exceptional and the nurses, well they were out of this world. Donna is fortunate that she had such wonderful nurses looking after her. They did not hesitate to help her even if she called them during the night. Every single need of her was taken well care of. Every person involved in care of Donna was incredibly sweet.

Thank you, Providence Newberg, for having such excellent staff in the birthing center

My fiancé had visited the hospital for a procedure a few days back. Given that this was his first surgery, he was very nervous and concerned. However, we were put at ease by the wonderful nurses and the surgeon.

The nurses were amazing and worked to ensure that Rick was comfortable and not anxious during the procedure. The nurse made the entire experience very comfortable and caring. The surgeon was also very amazing. Very efficient and helpful as well.

Thank you, fellas, for doing everything that you did to ensure that Rick had a good experience here.
