The MRI tech (I think they call it MRI with EMG) was an exceptional individual. He was a nice person and treated my husband and me with respect. It is very important for people like us who are nearing 70s. This tech was very quick and professional. He made sure that my husband was able to give a proper scan because he has issues with closed spaces and try to avoid CT and other scans. The scan was excellent. Very pleased with the service that we got here. Won’t hesitate to return

It has been nearly three weeks, but these people have still not sent me my lab results. When inquired, the person who answered the call was dismissive and rude. She did not have a clue as to when would it be sent. On being asked sarcastically if I would get the result this lifetime, she said she had no idea, and I might get it. Highly Unacceptable. The test was for vitamin D. I will wait for few more days, and if I do not get the result by then, I would go to another hospital and then get a test done. Not planning to pay a nickel to these idiots.

I had to rush to this ER with my eight-year-old after she slipped and fell down the stairs. I was very worried that she might have broken any bone, or there might be an internal injury. I arrived at 6:30 AM to a deserted ER. I was worried about that because I thought it might be shift change and during shift changes, these people generally avoid taking in patients. I was wrong. Not only was my daughter taken in quickly and then back to the room, but she also received exceptional care from a very competent team of nurses and doctor. Within a matter of an hour, she had undergone x-ray and then MRI scan to rule out any internal injuries. The results were negative, and we were out of the ER by 9:30. This was a very quick visit and at no point of time did I feel that they were not taking good care of my princess. I will return here for all my emergencies.

Received outstanding care. Not sure if it would have got any better. From the time I walked in until the time of discharge, I was treated well. The staff took excellent care of me, making me feel as if I was in a 7-star resort. My stay here was very comfortable! Highly recommended
