While I am not willing to reveal the personal details of my visit, I won’t hesitate in telling me that this is A WONDERFUL HOSPITAL. I landed in the ER in a precarious situation. The staff took outstanding care of me, and within a span of 12 hours, I was back to my normal self. Every person who I interacted with treated me well. They were respectful and very kind. I can never forget the ER nurse and the doctor who had a lovely smile and telling me to stay positive. The ER nurse stayed back with me for one to two hours just to make sure I did not feel abandoned. You guys rock!!!! Once I recovered and was back in the comforts of my home, an ER nurse called and inquired about my health. Even the doctor spoke with me. I am thrilled beyond words. I feel if every hospital has such a wonderful staff, then the world would be a much better place. Thank you Centralia Providence.

Staff was friendly. They treated my wife as if she was a family member. When they did not have the proper equipment, they arranged it in a jiffy and ensured that the evaluation was completed and a proper diagnosis was made. Great Hospital, Great Hospitality. Thank you very much

I had a pretty disgusting experience at this ER. I had walked in with a bloodied hand and scratches and a deep gash on my forehead. The ER was nearly empty when I went in, and there was one patient in the room. Yet, I had to wait for nearly four hours to be seen by the doctor. I requested the nurses to at least provide me the first aid and give a pain med, but they chose to ignore my request. Finally, after a wait of approximately four hours, a doctor saw me and rushed through with my care. The staff provided shoddy treatment. I had to visit a nearby Walk-In clinic for getting proper dressing and a shot of tetanus. The only treatment these ridiculous people provided was scrubbing the wound and then giving pain meds. If there is an emergency, then better visit Olympia. You would at least get proper medical care and not what this quack-infested ER would give.
